El Convento Boutique Hotel in Antigua is a true gem. the room service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and the housekeeping was top-notch. the historical setting and colonial architecture created a romantic atmosphere that was perfect for our getaway. We enjoyed the international menu at the restaurant, which offered a fusion of local ingredients and flavors. the intimate setting, with only 24 diners, made our dining experience special and memorable. the hand-carved doors leading to our suite added a unique touch, and the fireplace and hot tub in the room were luxurious amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated on a charming cobblestone street opposite 18th-century ruins. We can't wait to return and explore more of Antigua's rich history and vibrant culture.
